Install errors on my project (read for details)

For whatever reason maybe it is something I am doing wrong, but no one but me can get the application to install, usually its a remote host error, which I do not understand.

It may sound dumb but I am kind of stumped here.

Here is how I publish usually :

Publish menu > Publish > And follow the screens, I save it to my local computer and then save it as a zip file.

Then I upload the zip.

Maybe someone can give me a tip on what I should do?

It happens like every other release. And sometimes even I can't get it to install I download the zip like any other user would and it don't do it for me either.
